The Tech Zone and Computer Resource Center provide a variety of resources for the entire 桃瘾社区 community. The services that the provide are listed below:
- Computer Labs and Electronic Classrooms
- Student printing services
- Student information and integration
- One-on-One Desktop I.T. Training for Faculty and Staff
- Student, Faculty and Staff I.T. workshops
- Scantron services
- Microsoft Software Agreement
- Information Management Officer (IMO) Program
- Technical documentation
The Tech Zone and CRC staff provides I.T .support to the entire 桃瘾社区 community including students, faculty and staff. This requires troubleshooting all current I.T. resources (桃瘾社区 Portal, Email, Classes.pace.edu, wfs.pace.edu, ITS Helpdesk, Wireless, VPN, etc.). Users are assisted with each of the following:
- Access to online registration and scheduling
- Access to Financial Aid information
- Access to grade reports and student records
- Access to the Health Insurance waiver
- University policies and information
- Problems with 桃瘾社区 I.T. accounts
