MS in Health Informatics Program Highlights
Graduates of 桃瘾社区's Health Informatics program are taught the skills needed to analyze healthcare data for a variety of employers including hospitals, practices, virtual healthcare, payers (insurance), and pharmaceuticals.
Day-to-day activities in an informatics role may include data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes and achieve the Triple Aim. Other activities may center on the technology to improve access to care for more people and to improve the useability of the technology.
Through a Master of Science in Health Informatics, you will become familiar with the tools to manipulate data and the data systems used to provide care, including electronic medical records, clinical decision support, lab, and imaging systems.

Admission Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited baccalaureate program
- Demonstrate scholastic aptitude as evidenced by previous academic work, motivation, leadership potential and maturity
- Have an undergraduate cumulative QPA of 3.0
- No standardized admissions test (GMAT, GRE, or Miller Analogy) is required
- Professional or related experience is preferred, but not required. Students can be successful even without a background in healthcare.
